Important Changes to Payment Screens on WebCHeck and WebFiling

We have made some changes to the debit/credit card payment screens within our WebCHeck and WebFiling services. The basic functionality remains the same, and we continue to use our current payment provider - NetBanx; but the style and format of the screens have been improved.

Other enhancements to the services include a new ‘Order Summary’ page on the WebCHeck service, which displays the order number and order total.  This new page is displayed before the payment screens, in case there are any problems with payment of your order.

The payment confirmation emails have also been amended on each service, as follows:

The WebCHeck payment confirmation email now displays your Companies House order reference in case you have any queries about your WebCHeck order.

The WebFiling payment confirmation email now includes the Companies House Submission Number, Company Name and Company Number.
